Cancellation Policy
CLASSROOM COURSES: When you register for a class a seat is reserved for you. If you cancel your class with more than 72 hours notice, we will refund 80% of your course tuition. If you cancel within 72 hours of the course, arrive late or No-show, your seat will be given to another student and no refund will be given. Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed.
ONLINE COURSES: Online course fees cannot be refunded.
PRODUCTS: Can be returned if unopened and in new condition within 15 days of purchase.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule please contact us as early as possible so your seat can be used by another student. You may reschedule a maximum of 2 (two) times into another class based upon availability. Rescheduled courses must be completed within 45 days of the original registration date.
Duplicate Cards & Continuing Education Certificates
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED CARDS/CERTIFICATES: You may purchase replacement cards and certificates on this site or by calling us. Unless otherwise specified, they will be mailed to the address you used when you enrolled in your class.
MISSPELLINGS OR ERRORS: If your information is legible on the course sign in roster and we made an error, we will replace your card/certificate free of charge if you notify us within 30 days of the class date. If your information is illegible or the request made later than 30 days from the class date, you will need to purchase replacements.
Incomplete Courses
FAILED COURSES: If you fail your class, you will be allowed to repeat the course a maximum of 2 (two) times at no charge. Repeated classes must be completed successfully within 45 days of the original class.
PARTIAL COURSE ATTENDANCE: If due to illness or other emergency you are unable to attend all required portions of the class, contact us for options to complete missed segments. All missed portions must be complete within 15 days of the original class date or the entire class must be repeated.
Renewal Courses
Students may attend a renewal course if your card is current or has expired within 30 days of the class. If your card has expired more than 30 days prior to the first day of class, you will need to enroll in a new provider course unless one of the exceptions applies.
EXCEPTIONS: If the student cannot attend a renewal course during the valid time period due to a medical condition or active military duty, the renewal period may be extended at our discretion. Proof of illness or military duty must be provided. Renewal courses must be completed within 30 days of medical or active military duty release.
