Online Courses and Blended Learning
BLS for Healthcare Providers Online Parts 1, 2 & 3
Students will learn single-rescuer and team basic life support for adults, children and infants through 5 interactive exercises, scenarios and a written test. Navigation controls allow students to move easily through content as they learn how to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilation and provide early use of an AED. Course also teaches relief of choking. Students have access to all information in the course for 2 years after activation of course key. Including the BLS for Healthcare Providers Student Manual, downloadable algorithms, summary of steps of CPR, the BLS pocket reference card and more!
After completing Part 1, students must schedule a practice/testing session (Parts 2 and 3) at our facility. Testing sessions can be provided at your site for groups of 6 or more. Please bring your online certificate and photo i.d. to your skills test.

This session is for students who have already completed the online portion (Part 1) and need only the skills test. After completing Part 1, students must schedule a practice/testing session (Parts 2 and 3) at our facility. Testing sessions can be provided at your site for groups of 6 or more. Please bring your online certificate and photo i.d. to your skills test.
HeartCode ACLS Online Parts 1, 2 & 3
HeartCode® ACLS is an official, self-directed, comprehensive eLearning program from the American Heart Association (AHA). HeartCode® ACLS Part 1 uses eSimulation technology to present realistic patient scenarios. Students are presented with a team dynamics lesson, 10 ACLS hospital-based case scenarios, and a written exam. While interacting with the program, students assess each patient, formulate a treatment plan based on ACLS guidelines, and provide treatment.
After completing Part 1, students must schedule a practice/testing session (Parts 2 and 3) at our facility. Testing sessions can be provided at your site for groups of 6 or more. Please bring your online certificate and photo i.d. to your skills test.

HeartCode PALS Online Parts 1, 2 & 3
This is a web-based, self-directed program that teaches healthcare providers knowledge and skills needed to recognize and prevent cardiopulmonary arrest in infants and children. This program uses eSimulation technology to allow students to assess and treat patients in virtual healthcare settings. In this environment, students apply their knowledge to real-time decision-making and skills development. Debriefings and coaching are provided immediately after each simulation to facilitate learning about pediatric advanced life support.

Heartsaver First Aid Online
Heartsaver First Aid Online is a self-directed course that uses interactive lessons and videos to teach you comprehensive first aid knowledge. This program is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs an AHA course completion card. You will learn: first aid basics and how to respond to injuries and other medical and environmental emergencies.

Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens Online
This course is for anyone with a reasonable chance for occupational exposure to blood or blood-containing materials. This course describes bloodborne pathogens and how they are spread, how to protect yourself from exposure and how to respond if exposed, .
Acute Stroke Online
Acute Stroke Online is a web-based, interactive course that provides training on the symptoms, diagnosis and management of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke and complications of stroke. Course content is based on information from the AHA’s ACLS EP
Manual and Resource Text, covering treatment from the field to the emergency department, as well as critical care and rehabilitation.
